The unique feature of this house is the exterior garden-courtyard located in the center of the house. The living room, den and dining room all have expansive views to this garden which has elaborate landscaping, pools, water jets and trellises. These rooms also have expansive views of the yards around the house as do all of the bedrooms.This house is a variation on the theme of integrating the interior with the external landscape. Grass berms around the house provide additional insulation as well as bringing the gardens up to window sill height.
